Dear Professional Colleagues, Students, and Staff,

It gives me immense pleasure to share my first communication with you as the Chairman of the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Chapter of ICMAI for the term 2025–2026.

First and foremost, I sincerely thanks the Management Committee for placing their trust in me by electing me to this esteemed position. I am equally grateful to all CMA members for their continued faith and support.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to:

• CMA Salman Pathan – Secretary and Chairman, PD Committee
• CMA Sanvedi Rane – Vice-Chairman
• CMA Akshay Dande – Treasurer
• CMA Vivek Deshpande – Chairman of Training & Education Committee and Public Relations Committee
• CMA Kiran Kulkarni Sir – Chairman of Chapter Activity & Expenses Control Committee

I consider the Chairmanship not just a position of honor, but a significant responsibility. To successfully fulfill this role, I will need the wholehearted support and collaboration of our members, students, and staff.

My key goals for the year 2025–2026 are:

• To elevate the Chapter’s status from “C” category to “B” category
• To organize a minimum of 30 Continuing Education Programmes (CEPs)
• To enroll at least 1,000 students across CMA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels
• To commence construction of the proposed new CMA Bhawan at Jalgaon Road
• To minimize the Chapter’s financial losses and work towards sustainability
• To strengthen the branding and development of the CMA profession through hard work, commitment, and 100% effort
• To foster strong professional relations with government officials, professional bodies, and educational institutions

I fully understand that achieving these goals is a challenging task. However, with your support, cooperation, and shared vision, I am confident we can make this a reality.

I strongly believe in the core principles of strategic management— Planning, Execution, and Monitoring to ensure the effective development and sustained progress of our Chapter. These principles guide my approach to leadership, helping us set clear goals, implement actions with purpose, and continuously evaluate outcomes to stay on the path of growth and excellence

Let us work together to make this year impactful and memorable for the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Chapter.
